Santa Cruz Local is a watchdog news organization serving Santa Cruz County. We believe that journalism is a public good, and more people need to watch our public institutions.

We had a “soft launch” in January, and have been releasing pilot audio episodes to begin building an audience. We’re working towards an official launch this summer and will be raising funds in the coming months. Stay tuned for how you can get involved.
